Allied Flow Coat: Steel
Kan-Go-Roo Playgrounds uses Allied Flow Coat steel tubing for all of its playground structures and accessories. The
Allied Flow Coat steel is superior to traditional galvanized steel since the flow coat system uses a 99.9% zinc coating
system to prevent corrosion, unlike other steel where the galvanization process leaves traces of lead.

Direct Bolt Attachments
Kan-Go-Roo uses a direct bolt system for all of its playground components and deck systems. The direct bolt system
makes playground installation easier and faster since all the inserts are pre drilled, which eliminates wasted time
measuring clamp positioning. The system also allows for structure expansion making the ideal choice for todays
playgrounds.

Durable Perforated Steel Decking
New durable perforated steel decking adds extra strength to the playground structures. Tested at over 3500 pounds
as required by CSA standards. Available in various sizes to meet your space requirements. Covered in a durable coating.

Nylon Steel Core Cables
Nylon steel core cables tested at over 1000 pounds, durable aluminum attachments. Available in three different colors,
red, blue and green.

HDPE Plastic
HDPE Plastic are used for playground panels and various components. Panels can be engraved to have any design imaginable.
Choose from our wide selection of two or single color panels.

Components
Durable steel railings components and posts made from Allied steel for superior strength and durability. Powder coated
with TGIC free paint. Tested at over 450 pounds to meet and exceed CSA standards.

Plastic Color
Made in Canada roto molded plastic, made with virgin resin free of any heavy metals such as lead. UV stabilized, and thick walls ranging from 1/4 to 3/8 thick, with the widest range of colors on the market.

Powder Coating
Super durable powder coating available in a wide selection of colors. Custom colors available upon demand, extra charges may apply. Powder coating used is TGIC free meaning there are no heavy metals such as lead.
